Thanks for being one of the first to test the GIA process in #GR12. About the GIA: The "GIA" is a team that was spun up out of the Fraud Detection and Defence work stream in Gitcoin DAO. The team has customized the Ethelo digital democracy tool kit to guide a person through complex evaluation of a potentially fraudulent grant. By breaking the evaluation process down into the really foundational criteria, one at a time, just about anybody, or any group, could accurately and efficiently review grants. The FDD deals with a lot of complex evaluations of grants in which the reviewers must be able to articulate their thoughts and suspicions clearly. Using Ethelo will remove the burden of articulation from the reviewer and permit them to focus on 1 simple clear criteria at a time.
